“Why did you do that”
they did say
you should have done it
another way
for peering at thy failed
attempt
doth make them treat thee
with contempt
You should have done it
the way I thought
the way I want, the way I
taunt
the way that any with
sense would know
the way I know that it
should go
“Come on” say they
when looking close
at thy great bungle in thy
post
For anyone with sense
would see
that none at all this way
should be
“How could you make such
great mistake
and far from perfect be
thy stake
For if you were as great
as me
you wouldn't do
mistakenly”
But disregarding empathy
they banter without
sympathy
while making fun and
looking down
on all the error they
have found
With gutter talk they
stoop below
and without fault they
chide and blow
the claim of perfect that
they be
that all the world can
simply see
And condescending make
they less
those lesser than
themselves with mess
and climb 'pon mounts of
haughty heights
to show themselves of
greater sight
“If I were there I would
do right”
they boldly claim with all
their might
until the time when they
too fall
and agnise error be with
all
And that their pride doth
take it's place
and indicate upon their
face
that they be first to
signal more
that soon shall be their
humble yore
For fall shall they for
others sake
to see they too doth make
mistakes
And “Come On Man”
shall be repose
to those who also lack
control
