The Slithering Serpent
Beneath

When walking through the
trails of nature's seen, one came upon a slithering serpent within a
creek
as the storming floods drove
it to the surface, and twas riding upon the rushing stream
And thus brought to mind the
traveling locomotion that be within the mind of fox's masquerade
who wielded deception like a
fine crafted art and bent beneath its power the naive
Winding through the paths of
the heart while manipulating facts and fabricating circumstances
to invent turns while
illuminating hidden overriding resistance
Thou with evil precepts to
destroy competitor's advance that brings about the truth
which disguises thy
well-masked exterior lest thou be revealed for thy subtle webs
For disassembling's tangle
of misrepresentation lurks beneath the twisted mind
and breaks apart
conventional vows of trust that wast thy pledge
Deceiving those well trusted
and using words to fabricate advantage for thine own
that drunken with habitual
knavery spin yarns of masqueraded deceit
Thou delusory fox who
thinkest nothing to lose yet hast squandered all by thy dishonesty
deserve the fate which
awaits the prevailing punishment of thy slithering ways
