Miracles Worked by Paul - Acts 19:11

The beloved physician Luke wrote when Paul was in Ephesus, he “went into the synagogue, and spoke boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God. But when divers were hardened, and believed not, but spoke evil of that way before the multitude, he departed from them, and separated the disciples, disputing daily in the school of one Tyrannus. And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks”, and in chapter nineteen and verse eleven of the book of Acts Luke shared how,God worked special miracles by the hands of Paulwhere we read:

And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:

The verse begins, “And God wrought special miracles ...”: Luke began with the words, “and God” which means “and the Heavenly Father God” “wrought special miracles” or “made ready, prepared and produced specific miraculous powers and works” by the following means. Luke shared how the Heavenly Father God produced mighty and powerful works by the following.

The verse continues, “... by the hands of Paul:” Luke added the words, “by the hands” or “through the physical hands” “of Paul” which means “belonging to Paul whose name means small or little”. Luke shared how “supernatural miracles” were worked by the physical “hands” of “Paul”.

When we think through Luke's words in this verse, we learn how “God” Himself was involved with the teaching and working of “Paul the apostle”. “Salvation” of mankind is God's plan, and He desires to have a personal relationship with every person through His Son Jesus. Sometimes He is willing to perform “miraculous” deeds to prove His involvement in people's lives, but it is certain that He gave His Son Jesus to die on the cross for the sins of mankind which was the greatest miracle He could ever provide. Anyone who yields themselves to Jesus will be forgiven of their sins and granted everlasting life. Let all who read these words surrender to Jesus and exist as another supernatural work of God.

Next time Luke shares from Paul's,body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them, so read ahead, and we shall join together then.
