God's Covenant to Take Away Sins Romans 11:27

Paul the apostle told the people in Rome,I would not, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in”, and he added, “and so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob”. In chapter eleven and verse twenty-seven of Romans, Paul asked the people in Rome about how, “this is my covenant...when I shall take away their sins” where we read:

For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
The verse begins, For this is my covenant unto them, ...Paul began with the word, “for” which means “even as, indeed, no doubt, seeing then, verily and therefore” “this is my covenant” or “this is God's a disposition and arrangement of any sort which one wishes to be valid” “unto them” which means“toward Israel”. Paul referred to God's “disposition and testament” toward “Israel”.

The verse goes on to say, ... when I shall take away their sins.. Paul continued with the words, “when” or “at the time and till” “I shall take away” which refers to “God will remove and carry off” “their sins” or “Israel's missing of the mark, erring and being mistaken”. Paul shared how God would remove “Israel's errors and mistakes”.

When we meditate upon these words of Paul, we see how he referred to Isaiah and Jeremiah prophesies concerning God having a new “covenant” with Israel. God declared how He would restore the opportunity for Israel to know Him through His Son Jesus, and when they receive Jesus as their Messiah, their “sins” shall be “taken away” even as anyone who repents and believes in Him as “Savior and Lord”.

Next time Paul shares with his believing readers in Rome, As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes, so read ahead, and we shall join together then.
