the charm at least

proclaimed by them

The people tout

the tolerant phrase

that all must yield

to thus their ways

No scant from thus

thou shall not be

lest we be distant

far from thee

Thou canst not be

this way or that

for we know best

where thou be at

For ours be best

tis ours you see

that all be tolerant

this way to be

And though thou trust

thine way be true

we'll have no tolerant

way toward you

For tolerance be

ours to define

intolerance thus

ours to opine

And tolerant thus

we shall not be

lest thou agree

our way receive

For we know best

what should not be

intolerant thus

we'll be of thee
