Wisdom Gained and Lost

 Of all the wisdom stored inside

doth none forbear to hear

of wage of life and patterned trail

of blood, of sweat of tears

So perish I with wealth unknown

of ways of truth of life

to guide thee in thine own despair

of never ending strife
