God's Throne is Forever - Psalms 45:6

In Psalms chapter forty five David said, “Gird your sword upon your thigh, O most mighty, with your glory and your majesty. And in your majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and your right hand shall teach you terrible things. Your arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies; whereby the people fall under you”, and in chapter forty five and verse six of Psalms David said, “Your throne, O God, is for ever and ever” where we read,

Your throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the scepter of your kingdom is a right scepter.

The verse begins, Your throne, O God, is for ever and ever: David began with the words, “Your throne” or “your, Jehovah God's, seat of honor, royal dignity, authority and power”, “O God” which means “O Divine ruler, judge and Supreme God”, “is for ever and ever” or “exists for long duration, futurity, everlasting and perpetually”. David declared Jehovah God's seat of honor, dignity, authority and power will last throughout eternity.

The verse continues, the scepter of your kingdom is a right scepter.” David added the words, “the scepter” or “the staff, rod, truncheon and stick as a mark of authority” “of your kingdom” which means “belonging to your, Jehovah God's, royal power, reign and sovereign dominion” “is a right scepter” or “exists as an upright, level, straight and just staff, rod, truncheon and stick as a mark of authority”. David declared Jehovah God's ruling rod of authority to be an upright, just and straight symbol of power.

When we consider the words in this verse, we see how David had a good perspective of Jehovah God. God is eternal, and indeed His “throne of power and authority” shall last forever. His ruling rod of authority is upright, just and true, and no one can come against or bring cause in opposition to Him with success. God loves everybody, and He sent His Son Jesus into the world to die for the sins of all mankind. When we surrender to Him, He will forgive our sins, grant us everlasting life and continue to be the authority and power in our lives throughout eternity. Let all praise, honor and glory be unto Jehovah God and His Son Jesus who deserves our worship forever and ever.

Next time David says,You love righteousness, and hate wickedness, so read ahead, and we shall join together then.
