The Eyes of All Wait on God - Psalms 145:15

In Psalms one hundred and forty five David said to Jehovah God, The LORD upholds all that fall, and raises up all those that be bowed down, and in chapter one hundred and forty five and verse fifteen of Psalms David said to Jehovah God, the eyes of all wait upon youwhere we read,

The eyes of all wait upon you: and you give them their meat in due season.

The verse begins, The eyes of all wait upon you:. David began with the words, “the eyes” or “the physical eyes or mental and spiritual faculties” “of all” which means “belonging to each, every, the whole and everyone” “wait upon you” or “hope with patience, tarry and have expectation on you, Jehovah God”. David shared how the physical and spiritual “eyes” of every person were looking toward Jehovah God.

The verse continues,... and you give them their meat in due season.David added the words, “and you give them their meat” or “and you, Jehovah God, grant, bestow and furnish them, the people whose eyes are upon God, their food, dinner, supply and victuals” “in due season” which means “within time, occurrence, occasions and experiences”. David referred to the way Jehovah God provided food at the appropriate time to the people whose “eyes” were upon Him.

When we meditate upon David's words in this verse, we learn how he knew people who put their focus upon Jehovah God, and he was well aware of how God gave them provision according to His perfect timing. God loves people, and when we place our “eyes” upon Him, He will save us through His Son Jesus who came into the world to die on the cross for our sins. God will forgive us, grant us everlasting life and provide for us in keeping with His perfect purpose and plan.

Next time David says of Jehovah God, “you satisfy the desire of every living being, so read ahead, and we shall join together then.

Until tomorrow…there is more…
