God Judging the Heathen - Psalms 110:6

In Psalms one hundred ten David said, “The LORD has sworn, and will not repent, You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. The Lord at your right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath”, and in chapter one hundred ten and verse six of Psalms David said Jehovah God, “shall judge among the heathen” where we read,

He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies;

he shall wound the heads over many countries.

The verse begins, He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies;” David began with the words, “He shall judge” or “He, Jehovah God, will contend, plead and minister judgment” “among the heathen” which means “in the midst of the Gentile, heathen and foreign nations”, “he shall fill the places” or “he, Jehovah God, will make full, accomplished, complete and consecrated the locations” “with the dead bodies” which means “by the means of corpses, carcasses and physical bodies that have died”. David said Jehovah God would bring judgment upon the heathen people of the world and consecrate the locations by the means of the physical bodies of people who have died.

The verse goes on to say, “he shall wound the heads over many countries.” David continued with the words, “he shall wound” or “he, Jehovah God, will smite through, shatter and severely dash asunder” “the heads” which means “the top, upper, chief and choicest physical heads of the people” “over many countries” or “spread about over an abundant number of nations throughout the world”. David said Jehovah God would severely dash asunder the physical heads of people throughout the entire earth.

When we think through the words in this verse, we learn through David how God will indeed judge the world some day. People and nations who refuse to receive His Son Jesus who died on the cross for the sins of all mankind will be judged, and woe be unto those who rejected the offer of salvation of their souls from Almighty God. God loves people, and He demonstrated His love toward us when He sent His Son Jesus to die for our sins. When we yield our lives to Him, He will forgive our sins, grant us everlasting life and allow us to live in Heaven with Him forever. However, if we refuse His invitation, we will be among those whom God will judge, and His judgment will fall upon everyone who has lived in the world.

Next time David says, “He shall drink of the brook in the way”, so read ahead, and we shall join together then.
